The value of 'Name' is going to be the name that you want to give to your custom sensor In other words, you have to fill the 'Data' tab for these strings ![]() Now you have to set the values of these 2 strings For the second one, set its name to 'Value'. With the first string value you create, set its name to 'Name'. Once you've created Temp0, you need to right click on it and create 2 string values If you want to create more custom temperature sensors afterwards, you have to name them Temp1, Temp2, Temp3 etc. It's going to ask you to name the key, the name will be 'Temp0' because you want the sensor you're going to create to be in temperature unitsĪnd the '0' is because it is going to be the very first custom temperature sensor that you'll be creating. You may have to create the last folders yourself, like 'Custom' and 'Custom Sensors'Īnd then you have to right click on 'Custom Sensors' and create a new key inside it Yes i got the solution, had another redditor helping me tho:įind either this directory or at least part of it: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\HWiNFO64\Sensors\Custom\Custom Sensors\
